Effectively Resolve Your Disputes Through Mediation

After graduating from Baylor Law School, I began my legal career working for a business firm in its litigation section for nearly four years. I then left that firm in 1981 with two other associates to form the trial firm of Williams, Pattillo & Squires, where I practiced through 1999. Our firm was principally a trial firm throughout those years.

Beginning in 2000, I became a full-time mediator engaged in mediation and in other areas of dispute resolution. Since 2000, my practice has developed into a statewide practice, although I will mediate anywhere in the United States, and have done so in New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, Oklahoma, Ohio, Florida, and Georgia. My practice has principally been as a mediator although I have also served as an arbitrator when asked to do so.

My practice has not been limited to any one area of the law. It has encompassed every area of the law imaginable. If you have a dispute that may or may not lead to a lawsuit being filed in a state of Texas or federal district court in Texas, the chances are that I have helped to resolve a case in the area of the law involved in your case and with a similar fact situation to the one in your case. 

My philosophy is that the parties to a lawsuit don't enjoy litigation after they've been involved in their lawsuit for several months and sometimes years.
